Complete the online Intake Form found at capitolschool.com/Admissions You'll receive an application packet and information about our monthly Visitors' Days for interested parents. Complete the application, case history, and provide copies of current (within one year) evaluations and school reports. Once the Admissions Dismissal Review Committee reviews your application packet, they will schedule a screening or 1-3 day visit for your child. During the visit, the ADRC will observe your child in our group setting. Once the visit is completed, an admissions decision will be made.
