The mission of Carden Academy of Santa Clara (formerly Carden El Encanto) is to provide children with a solid foundation in the academic subjects, to awaken them to the beauty in nature, music and art, to develop their characters as a basis for joyful and fulfilling lives, and to create leaders who will stand prepared to meet the challenges of the future with confidence.
We believe that all children are good; all children are intelligent, and all children want to learn.
Carden's time-tested, quality curriculum has been consistently
teaching children for over 70 years nationwide. The curriculum
begins with three-year-old children and continues through the
eighth grade, each level reinforcing and building upon the
strengths gained by the student from the previous year. The
curriculum places a heavy emphasis on a solid foundation in the
core academics along with critical thinking, as well as visual,
fine and performing arts, fitness and wellness, and character
building. Each child benefits since the program is tailored to the
individual strengths of the child.
