Landmark is a coeducational boarding and day school for students with language-based learning differences such as dyslexia, SLD in reading, or a disorder of written expression.
What distinguishes Landmark from other schools is its literacy ecosystem, with literacy taught in every class, with every teacher, every day from Algebra to tutorial and everything in between.
Faculty are experts in the field. With a college preparatory high school, a middle school, and an elementary school, Landmark is one of the most comprehensive schools serving students with language-based learning disabilities in the United States.
Landmark accepts students in grades 2-12, who are curious, intelligent, motivated to learn, but need remedial help with reading, writing, spelling, listening, speaking, as well as mathematics.
Landmark also offers a Summer Program, which combines intensive, academic skill development with recreational activities.
A customized program is designed for each student to improve reading, writing, spelling, and executive function skills.
The Summer Program accepts students in grades 1-12 who have average to superior intelligence, healthy social and emotional well-being, and have been diagnosed with a language-based learning difference.
Situated on two beautiful campuses just 25 miles north of Boston, students take advantage of its North Shore location and its many cultural opportunities.

I went to the landmark 1996-1999. It was the best experience. They have the support available to the students to help make them successful. I say help cause they will remind you as many times as it takes but they can`t make you want to be there. They offered trips into Boston on the weekends and movie nights. Living there is fun and helps set your child up to be ready to go away to college. If you are lucky enough to get this opportunity make sure to enjoy it. Landmark is an amazingly special place where you will make friends for life. I still talk to my best friend from the year I started there.
