offers a comfortable environment where children are free to learn
at their own pace. Our staff work hard to provide a safe, nurturing
and innovative educational program for students with language-based
learning disabilities. Legacy accepts students in 1st through 8th
grades from counties all around Maryland including Baltimore,
Carroll, Howard, Frederick, and more.
From the moment you reach the Legacy School campus, you will
encounter professionals who work diligently to ensure that your
child grows and thrives, academically, socially and physically. Our
non-traditional program employs a forward-thinking and creative
approach to education, using multi-sensory teaching methods to meet
the needs of each child individually. Students leave Legacy with
the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in mainstream public
and private high schools and beyond.
