This school is pure magic! Mixed with lots of love, space for imagination, creativity, relationship, movement, rhythm and ritual. I have never experienced a place like Madrona before. The Parent Child class sold me on the ways of Waldorf - observation, quiet space, engaging, child led play, and self awareness and reflection. We want our kiddos to know themselves, to speak/use their voice and to have a strong sense of agency over themselves. This school. Madrona. The Waldorf education has already given our daughter a strong sense of self and she lives from that place. As a mom I always feel like I am being guided to get to my own place as a mother, what feels right for me not anyone else. The teachers provide that space; they ask provoking questions as they listen to you and I always find my way. I could go on and on!
