Crossroads Christian School is an independent Christian school, providing a Bible-based college preparatory education for children from Pre-K (2 &1/2 through 4 year-olds) through the 12th grade.
CCS is accredited by Cognia/SACS CASI and by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
The school`s mission is to partner with parents to develop the whole child by providing a challenging academic environment in which to prepare men and women to serve Christ and their community from a Biblical worldview.
CCS offers a safe learning environment in a state-of-the-art facility on a gorgeous campus. Classrooms are equipped with interactive technology and document cameras to aid teachers in meeting the needs of the twenty-first century learner.
The athletic facilities on site include a gymnasium, soccer, softball, and baseball fields, and cross country space.
A new middle school wing opened in January 2025.
An expanded and improved car pool lane, as well as additional parking, was completed in 2025.
A new gymnasium was also added in fall of 2025.
Kerr-Vance Academy was founded in 1968 as Vance Academy. It is an independent, non-sectarian, co-educational college preparatory day school.
We, the faculty, administrators, and Board of Trustees strive to provide, for students of Kerr Vance Academy, an intensive liberal arts, college preparatory program in an atmosphere where ethical values are stressed.
We endeavor to instill concern in each student for the welfare of his community, country, and world.
