Rosa Lee Young, chartered under the Board of Regents of the New York State Education Department, provides a Toddler Program for children who are between the ages of 18 and 36 months; a Pre-K Program for children 3 to 5 years old; a Kindergarten Program for 5 year old children; and an After-School Program for children in grades one through five.
Rosa Lee Young Childhood Center provides children with a warm, nurturing, safe environment, rooted in education, where daily learning takes place.
The Center's full day, full year program reflects a developmental approach to learning.
Children are continually encouraged to learn, to explore new ideas, to express themselves creatively and to learn the important lessons of good peer relationships and good relationships with the adults who are their teachers and care givers.
