It is the mission of St. Mark's Lutheran School to educate the "whole" child-body, mind, spirit and character.
To fulfill this mission, the faculty, administration, and trustees of the school endeavor to provide a strong foundation in the fundamentals of education through a curriculum that promotes an appreciation for the academics, the arts, and athletics, and prepares students for success in challenging secondary schools; Employ and support a faculty and administration that is well-educated, dedicated, and committed to the development of the children who are enrolled; admit students who demonstrate the potential to succeed within the school's academic and social environment, and flourish within the school community; maintain a nurturing environment as a safe haven for its students; and emphasize values and convey, to all members of the St. Mark's community, the expectation that they will act responsibly, respectfully, and demonstrate an awareness of the community beyond the walls of the school.

I love St. Mark's Lutheran School. I have 3 children who attend or have attended St. Mark's. Currently, 2 are enrolled in 2021/22 school year; one is a 4th grader and the other an 8th grader. The other is a sophomore in high school. All 3 have been at St. Mark's since preschool. St. Mark's has provided my children with a well rounded, excellent education. Academically, they have provided my children with appropriate level math courses, which have included algebra and geometry for my 8th graders! They also learn how to write! From research papers to poems, my kids have learned to analyze the books that they read. My kids have also medaled in the area Science Olympiad competition. My now sophomore was (and still is!) enrolled in several honors classes as a freshman. St. Mark's teachers and staff are amazing. They provide loving, compassionate classrooms. The small class sizes ensure that the kids receive individual attention. My children are in a safe environment at St. Mark's. Their spiritual growth is nourished daily by studying God's Word and praying, and being taught to love their neighbors. St. Mark's really does fulfil its mission wholly: Connecting students with Jesus while providing excellence in education! Go Saints! (our mascot! both my daughters are on the volleyball team!)
