Our History: Sunny Hollow Montessori was founded in 1981 by
Mary Sue Dobbin. The school is established as a non-profit
organization, is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors, and is
accredited by the Association Montessori Internationale.
Our Mission: Sunny Hollow Montessori engages each child in his
or her education and nurtures the child's unique character,
cultivating independence, inspiring community relations and
promoting respect for self, other and the environment.
Originally founded as Montessori Preschool, Sunny Hollow now
serves children age 16 months through 14 years.
