"The Phoenix Center is a private non-profit school located in Nutley, New Jersey that provides state-approved educational and therapeutic services to children with autism, multiple disabilities, and behavioral disabilities.
The Phoenix Center uses an integrative multiple methods approach in a highly systematic way to customize individualized teaching plans which focus on the development of the whole child and his or her family.
Our dedicated staff and administrators create unique and individualized programs for students who might not easily ""fit"" in other special education settings.
At the same time, we work hard to empower each and every one of our students, making sure they develop the adaptive skills they need to become as independent as possible when they graduate.
Phoenix Center's fundraising arm, Friends of the Phoenix Foundation, provides opportunities for individuals and corporations to partner with us to supplement services to students and families.".
