My daughter attended UCIC for preschool, 2nd, and 3rd grade so far. I have not found a more nurturing, supportive, and educational group than the teachers at UCIC. My daughter has thrived in their care where she fell behind in public schools. I can not recommend the school enough and only wish she could stay in high school.

I am a Kindergarten teacher at UCiC and a parent of 2 children that attend UCiC childcare. UCiC has students from babies that are a couple months old to 6th grade. Next year they will have a 7th grade.
Classroom sizes for Elementary classes are a max of 15 students.
UCiC has Chapel every Thursday from 9:30 to 10:00. 15 minutes of worship and 15 minutes of a Bible message. Each grade gets several chances to have their class do worship and deliver the message.
Our students go to P.E., Music, Spanish, Art, and Library.
All students get logins for Raz-Kids (reading), and IXL (math).
Every Tuesday and Thursday the students have tutoring from their teacher afterschool.
We teach Bible everyday in all grades.
We have a spelling bee every year.
The teachers here are amazing. They are always sending me pictures and messages. I love the monthly newsletter. Several days I have come to pick up my child from childcare with her hair all done up in braids. I know that she is loved and cared for. The teachers do an amazing job making me feel involved.
We have an amazing Principal that even teaches Spanish classes once a week. He cares deeply about his staff, students, and students families.
The staff has a daily morning prayer. We take time to pray for each other and our school.
I would highly recommend UCiC to families that are looking for smaller classrooms, and more one on one time with the teacher.
