Our private, year-round school specializes in educating students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, learning differences, and other exceptionalities through highly individualized educational programs tailored to each learner's unique needs. We combine evidence-based instructional practices with personalized support to foster meaningful academic growth, communication skills, independence, and confidence. Our multidisciplinary team of certified educators, intervention specialists, therapists, and support professionals collaborates closely with families to ensure every student receives comprehensive care both inside and outside the classroom. Students benefit from individualized learning plans, small class sizes, social skills instruction, behavior support, functional life skills, and structured learning environments that promote success. ASE also offers a wide range of related services, including Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA services, Psychological Evaluations, Mental Health Counseling, Case Management, Vocational Rehabilitation, Nutrition Monitoring, and additional therapeutic supports that address the whole child. Learning extends beyond academics through STEM activities, art, music, adaptive physical education, culinary experiences, community-based instruction, field trips, character education, project-based learning, and enrichment clubs that encourage creativity, independence, problem-solving, and social development. Located in Opa-Locka, Florida, Autism School of Excellence is committed to partnering with families to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing educational experience where every student is respected, supported, and empowered to build a successful future.
