As a parent, choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important--and nerve-wracking--decisions you can make. I'm so incredibly grateful we found Merryhill Midtown School. My daughter has been attending for six years now, and I can say with complete confidence that this school has been a true blessing for our family.First and foremost, the faculty and staff are simply outstanding. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and supported. The teachers truly know each child: their learning styles, their personalities, and what motivates them. My daughter was shy and hesitant when she started, but her teachers took the time to build trust and gently encouraged her. Now she's confident, engaged, and loves going to school. One thing that really stands out about Merryhill Midtown is the sense of community. The school is small enough that it feels like a close-knit family, but still big enough to offer a robust curriculum and a wide range of activities. Parents are involved and communication is excellent--we receive regular updates, photos, and newsletters, and the administration is responsive to questions or concerns. The academic program is a balance of structure and creativity. The school emphasizes not just academic excellence but also social-emotional growth, which is so important at this stage. There's a strong focus on kindness, empathy, and responsibility. I've seen my daughter grow not just in reading and math, but also in how she interacts with her peers and expresses herself. The campus is clean and secure, and they take safety seriously without making it feel rigid. It's clear that the administration is constantly working to maintain a high standard of care, especially when it comes to health, wellness, and inclusivity. In short: Merryhill Midtown is a gem. The caring environment, dedicated teachers, and thoughtful approach to education have made a huge difference in our lives. Thank you, Merryhill Midtown, for everything you do!
