I am a former student of MBS. We were taught by sisters of the Sacred Heart order. Most of the way we learned was going over the previous day assignment/homeworkthen listening to the current day lesson. My lower grade classes had upwards of 70-80 girls. On Fridays we had tests that covered what we were taught Monday through Thursday. In order to move on we had to pay exams at the end of the school year. Thiswas an excellent grade school.
