Old Colony Montessori School

247 Gardner St
Hingham, MA 02043
Old Colony Montessori is the second oldest AMI certified school in the country, and the oldest Montessori institution south of Boston.
Every Montessori classroom is prepared with carefully designed materials that take advantage of the child's desire to learn.
Individual interests, learning styles, and the need for growing independence are celebrated.
At Old Colony Montessori our teachers are trained by Association Montessori Internationale to guide the children in multi-age, multi-grade classrooms.
Each child experiences the excitement of learning in a challenging, non-competitive environment designed specifically to meet his or her needs.
Our students develop a natural love for learning that lasts a lifetime, and approach the world with self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, joy, and respect.
