Founded in 2011 by philanthropist William I. Koch, Oxbridge Academy empowers students in grades 6-12 providing an outstanding education through a distinctive curriculum, an enriching environment, and an expert faculty helping them navigate their educational journeys with agility, confidence, and purpose.

  • STUDENTS: Oxbridge currently enrolls 605 students from Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties; serving 105 students in Middle School grades 6-8; and 500 in the Upper School, grades 9-12. Offering individualized attention, small class sizes, and a curriculum of more than 230 courses, students have more options to explore their interests.
  • FACULTY: Dedicated to promoting standards of excellence for teacher performance and student achievement, more than 83% of Oxbridge faculty hold advanced degrees, with 17% of that faculty holding a doctorate. Through a custom curriculum, they lead student- learning to meet and exceed state and national achievement standards. Oxbridge`s specialized services include four college counselors, three learning support specialists, an on-site mental health counselor and a Health & Wellness Center.
  • AFFORDABILITY: Oxbridge generously awards a wide range of competitive financial aid packages to eligible students. Close to 31% of students from the graduating class of 2023 received financial aid. Oxbridge Academy also participate in the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program(FES-EO, FES-UA) beginning in the2024-2025 school year.

  • ATHLETICS: Oxbridge nurtures and develops exceptional athletes in 24 varsity teams including but not limited to football, basketball, lacrosse, golf, swimming, sailing, equestrian, volleyball and flag football.
  • THE ARTS: Oxbridge's Arts program encompasses both the visual and performing arts and encourages students to engage in artistic exploration. Regardless of their beginning skill level, students are provided opportunities to express their ideas through visual art and performance while developing cultural insight through a rich curriculum.

    • Travis Homer '16 - A 2016 Oxbridge graduate, Homer is one of the most accomplished athletes in the school鈥檚 history and the first ThunderWolf to have a jersey retired at the school. A talented, dedicated player, Homer was a finalist for the Lou Groza High School Player of the Year Award, named to the Sun Sentinel鈥檚 Super 11 team, ranked as the No. 6 running back in the state, and was the first ThunderWolf recruited by a 鈥淧ower 5鈥 university in his senior year. His ThunderWolf career included more than 3,200 rushing yards, an eye-popping average of seven-plus yards per carry, and 50 touchdowns -- many of them the stuff of highlight reels 鈥 leading football powerhouses Alabama, Notre Dame, FSU, and UF to court him before he chose to become a University of Miami Hurricane. After graduating from Oxbridge, Homer played running back for the Miami Hurricanes where he was named Second Team All-ACC in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, he was drafted in the 6th round by the NFL鈥檚 Seattle Seahawks were he currently plays running back and special team鈥檚 ace.
    • Keidron Smith '18 - A 2018 Oxbridge Academy graduate, Keidron Smith is one of the school's most accomplished athletes. "Keidron exemplified a strong work ethic as a student, consistently striving to create his best work," a former teacher recalled.Smith's competitive mindset drove him to achieve greatness. In his senior year at Oxbridge, he was named Defensive Football Player of the Year by The Palm Beach Post and the South Florida Sun Sentinel. He went on to play four years at Ole Miss, where he earned the prestigious Chucky Mullins Courage Award in 2021. This award is given annually to an upperclassman defensive player who exemplifies courage, leadership, perseverance, and determination.With one year of college eligibility remaining, Smith transferred to the University of Kentucky. There, he made an immediate impact on the Wildcats' defense, earning second-team All-SEC honors in his single season with the team. Smith was signed as an undrafted rookie for the Miami Dolphins and currently plays for the NFL's Denver Broncos.

We are very fortunate to have two children attending Oxbridge. The school's academic rigor, competitive athletic program and diverse extracurricular activities have proven to be superior. The faculty, staff and coaches are highly qualified, wonderful and welcoming. Oxbridge has a kind, yet no-nonsense environment, where all students are respected and valued.
