Started in 1964, Spring Valley Methodist Preschool has a long history of teaching young children.
We are currently pursuing a new accreditation with NACCP. The National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs.
We are licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Child Care Licensing Division.
Our goal is to help your child know that school is a positive place to be and a place where he/she can experience success.
We want all children to leave our school with a positive attitude toward learning.
The Spring Valley United Methodist Church Preschool provides a strong preschool education and care in a nurturing, Christian environment dedicated to guiding each child to become the unique person God created him or her to be.
A young child needs to be exposed to many experiences in a loving, caring atmosphere in order to stretch outward, mature and develop a positive self image.

This small school is a hidden gem. Both of my kids attended from one year old through Pre-K. SVUMC Preschool is a safe, welcoming environment for all children. The teachers and staff are so kind and care about each child. The average Student:Teacher ratio is actually more like 10:1.
