St. Bride School became the first Catholic grammar school in South Shore.
Since its opening on September 7, 1909, the parish school had been staffed by the Sisters of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary, known as the Ladies of Loretto through the close of the school year in 1998.
St. Bride Parish proclaims the authentic truth of the Catholic Church and believes that we are an integral part of the Church's ministry.
We believe in building community through living out the message of Jesus, cultivating the spirit of service to God and neighbor.
We believe that religious truths and values should be integrated with life and nurture, foster, and celebrate the relationships of people in community at prayer, worship, work, and play.
We believe in a life style based on Christ's teachings, love, and life.
Community is at the heart of our parish. We work towards forming a community where human culture and knowledge are enlightened by faith and shared with one another in a spirit of freedom and love.
We respect the diverse talents of all members of our parish and surrounding community.
