I worked with St. Catherine-St. Lucy during my time as an intern with a nonprofit that worked directly with the school. SCSL is a great school. The teachers truly care about their students, they want them to learn and grow and it in is reflected in their personalized learning approach. The administration wants to see SCSL continue to grow and flourish. Mrs. Courier and Mrs. Leamy are AMAZING humans and were a pleasure to work with. St. Catherine-St. Lucy has several educational programs outside of the regular curriculum, such as the Stock Market Program, that I wish I would've had when I was in school. In this program, students learn about the stock market, investing, personal savings, and more. They also work social-emotional wellbeing into the curriculum which is admirable because that is not something I had when I was in school. They have an active Family School Association and SCSL keeps parents and guardians informed about their students progress in the classroom. They have several clubs and sports teams that are continuing to grow, which is reflected in several of their sports teams taking it all the way to championship games in the past few years. I highly recommend SCSL for your students or if you are looking to work there. Nothing but good things to say!
