Seventh-day Adventist education is dedicated to teaching the student to think and to do, to be honest, courteous, obedient, respectful of others, and industrious; to be aware of the student's responsibility to God for preserving and developing the child's physical and mental health; to be discriminating in the use of leisure time and the choice of entertainment; and to create in the student an awareness of the times in which we live so that the student may be ready for our Lord's soon return.
